Fast Food for Health Analyzed

According to the Massachusetts medical society committee on nutrition, fast food items contain a large amount of fat. They are also high in carbohydrate constant. Studies have been done to find the association between fast foods and health risks and all the studies conclude with the same thing- fast foods are hazardous for health. Nearly all fast food items contain unsaturated fat which is the main cause of obesity. Furthermore, they also contain some ingredients which develop glucose resistance, causing diabetes at an early age.
Fast food health hazards do not end here as these items result in high calorie and low fiber which is also detrimental to health. Fast food also has another food hazard, like food poisoning. Fast food industries require a lot of workers and most of these workers are not trained well enough in preserving food items which increases the hazard of food poisoning. For these health hazards, these food items are called junk food which is why doctors always advise to keep away from these.
